If you have seen any imagery of New Zealand you will have more than likely seen the image of Aoraki Mount Cook, New Zealand’s tallest mountain at 3,754 metres. The entire Mount Cook National park is home to more than 19 peaks over 3000 meters high. There are plenty of guided walks for all ability levels and scenic helicopter and fixed wing plane flights operating daily. Our advice is if you are going to this part of New Zealand try and get up for a scenic flight as words simply cannot explain how amazing this rugged snow capped scenery is. From the air you will also get an amazing look at the Hooker and Tasman Glaciers.
