Suitable for beginners to more experienced riders, Glentanner Horse Trekking takes you amongst a New Zealand high country sheep station, where you have phenomenal views of Lake Pukaki, Aoraki Mt Cook and Mt Cook National Park. The ride combines adventure, fun and sightseeing!

- Rides depart from stables located 500m from the Glentanner Park Centre located at the head of Lake Pukaki on state highway 80 (off Highway 8) 15 minutes drive from Mt Cook National Park
- Operates during the summer months (Nov - Apr)
Other Information
- Maximum weight limit of 100kgs (220lbs)
- Max of 5 people per group. Rides will go ahead with only 1 person
- Must wear comfortable covered shoes, trousers, shirt, sunblock and hat
- Must be 10 years or over (this can be negotiated based on previous experience)
- Please advise of your previous experience on horses (remember it is fine if you have never ridden, but we need to know!)
- Operates from November to April
