Description
Located at Agroventures, 10km from Rotorua city, The Shweeb will get your pulse racing as you push through the edge to compete against friends, family or clock to race to challenge the world record.
This thrilling and innovative riding experience takes you around a 200m track with scenic farmlands whizzing by as you power around three laps of the course with the potential to reach up to 45kmph and 60 degree swings on the bends.
The Shweeb is a world first innovation and is totally human powered (yes, by you), pedaled just like a bicycle within your Shweeb pod, hanging from a monorail above you have 7 gears to work through over the 600m race. Team races are also available and every Shweeber receives a certificate showing how well you did for your country and class.

Trip Includes

Duration
- Allow 1 hour including travel time from Rotorua
Departures
- All day between 9am and 5pm
- You will need to get your own way to the Agroventures base located 10kms from Rotorua township on State Highway 5 next to the Agrodome. You can drive yourself or catch the local bus that departs every 10 minutes from town

- Minimum height of 1.1 metres and maximum of 2 metres
- One to four people can Shweeb at any one time
- The current world record is 57.1 seconds for a 600m race and is held by a UK male in the Under 25 age category
- The oldest person to Shweeb is 82
- Those that are pregnant, have a heart condition, neck or back problems or a neurological disorder should not participate in Shweeb or they should seek medical advice and certification first
